Professional Cleaning

We work hard to keep your dogs and cats healthy by following a kennel cleaning protocol. These protocols are followed at different frequencies depending on the need.

We scoop all solid and liquid waste from the kennel immediately and sweep up any fur or hair as well.

We disinfect boarding kennels and play spaces any time time there is a changeover daily. We never disinfect a space with an animal in it. We will always place the dog or cat in a separate holding area.

We clean bowls by soaking them in a diluted and pet friendly disinfectant solution then rinse and dry. We rinse kennels with hot water.

We dilute disinfectant and cleaning agents according to manufacturers’ instruction.

Starting at the top we scrub the entire kennel with a stiff-bristled brush. We clean the floors and walls above dog height as disease can be transmitted from any unsanitized section. We clean resting boards, the fronts and backs of doors, hinges, latches and any other surfaces.
